Dramm Corporation, organic fertilizer producer is expanding its operations in Kewaunee County. The company, located in the Town of Ahnapee will invest roughly $1.1 Million to expand facilities and purchase equipment. The expansion totals approximately 30,000 square feet, nearly doubling the size of the existing facility. 

Fritz Dramm, Production and Compliance Manager is providing oversight for the expanded space which will aid Dramm Corporation in meeting increasing customer demand by adding inventory and bringing on new suppliers.  Demand for the organic fertilizer has grown both inside and outside the United States. Continued international growth extends to Asia and India.

Since 2006, DRAMM Corp has worked collaboratively with fishing communities along Lake Michigan’s shoreline to reduce fish waste and address problems at municipal waste water treatment facilities, by recycling the fish waste into fertilizer.  Dramm has a long-term working relationship with the Algoma, WI.
