KewauneeSolutions, a subsidiary of EnerygSolutions, was created for the sole purpose of decommissioning the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Station (KPS) located in the city limits of the Town of Carlton in Kewaunee County, Wisconsin.
The goal of KewauneeSolutions is to decommission the facility and restore the land to it’s natural state. The project is estimated to take 7-10 years.
EnergySolutions is holding a job fair here in Kewaunee County at Agricultural Heritage & Resources, Inc., N2251 State Highway 42, Kewaunee, WI on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 5–8PM.
An additional session is scheduled from 5 – 8PM on September 16th, 2021 at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Eagle Event Center at 2740 W. Mason Street in Green Bay, WI.
