KCEDC hosts Diane Biersteker of Human Resource Consulting as she presents the business community with an overview of the tools necessary for human resource “common sense”. This session will include: human resource best practices, solutions to employee challenges, legal compliance and employer liability issues. Particular emphasis will be placed on small and medium-sized businesses. Participants will have access to over 30 years of local and regional human resource expertise
