Join the Kewaunee County Economic Development Corporation (KCEDC), Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Wisconsin Department of Administration and Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL) on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, to learn more about financing tools that support affordable housing and job growth.

The online event, which is free and open to the public, runs from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and includes opportunities for questions.

The webinar will feature:

  • Deby Dehn, WHEDA, highlighting WHEDA’s financing tools for developers, businesses and homeowners;
  • Dave Pawlisch, bureau director of DOA’s division of energy, housing and community resources, speaking about tools available to support housing and economic development in smaller communities;
  • Richard Sneider, chief investment officer of the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands, focusing on the BCPL State Trust Fund Loan Program and how you can easily access this funding for economic development in your community. BCPL manages over $1.2 billion in state trust funds and is actively looking for investment opportunities throughout Wisconsin.
